Our Hood is a queer drama series driven by São Paulo’s nightlife. The dance floor is a refuge. Across six episodes set during decisive moments in Brazil’s recent history, young LGBTQIA+ bodies exist in the rhythm of music, sweat, and encounter. The night is a place to hold on as everything around them gives way. Between beats, silences, and displacements, the city forms attachments, creates provisional bonds, and sustains lives that insist on remaining.
